About Us
ABOUT ANCHORED ROOTS
Welcome to Anchored Roots! We believe that each and every one of us has a root deep down which is where our symptoms manifest. We may see these manifestations in the form of anxiety, depression, trouble sleeping, the list goes on and on. We believe that if you feel safe and secure in therapy, we can identify, process, and heal from that root. Once this occurs, you have the opportunity to move forward as the happiest and healthiest version of yourself. We used this idea to inspire the name of the practice and thus, Anchored Roots was born!
